Thank you for shopping with Palki Shop. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

We accept returns or exchanges only if the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without a valid reason.

If the return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on product availability.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Palki Shop.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent through a suitable payment method agreed upon with the customer.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
